Mary knew exactly what to do with the frankincense and myrrh, Joseph knew what to do with the gold...or maybe it was helichrysum oil...it is a lovely golden color so we say it was helichrysum, which is star flower !
By providing plants as medicine, essential oils are unique ! Essential oils pass thru the cell wall across the blood-brain barrier and go to the limbic system...the seat of our emotional body and our emotional health ! Essential oils are God’s perfect medicine! EO’s are mentioned in the bible 1,035 times...myrrh is the only essential oil that is mentioned at the birth and at the death of Christ. Jesus was offered fragrant wine on branches of hyssop at the crucifixion.
Basil, cypress, cedarwood, cinnamon, frankincense, myrrh, cassia, spikenard, aleos (sandalwoods) and hyssop was used daily...the Chinese used geranium to decongest the kidney, the Egyptians used myrrh for insect repellent, skin care and embalming. The intelligence of our Creator is in essential oils.
Essential oils fight and protect our bodies against unfriendly microbes, they balance our bodies functions, they raise our vibration. Essential oils are anti-oxidants, they clean and clear our emotional baggage. EO’s lift our awareness...they are the medicine endowed by God ! They regenerate, oxygenate, and support our immune systems, they are antibacterial, anticancerous, anti-fungal, anti-infectious, anti tumoral, and anti-parasitic...they attenuate viruses, and they are the very best antiseptic !
